Responsibilities and Expectations

This isn’t a hands-off manager role. They’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, someone confident in managing people, preparing and reviewing complex work, and guiding clients but who also wants to be part of the future of a firm.

Partnership isn’t a buzzword here; it’s a very real conversation waiting for the right person. You’ll need a CPA if this is your goal (if you have your EA you can still have an equity position).

You’ll have variety, autonomy, and access to clients with real depth. From business owners to high-net-worth individuals, but the core of their work sits with the $1million - $10million in revenue.

You’ll find balance here too. Busy season sits around 50-60 hours, but the rest of the year is manageable, with early summer Fridays and an office culture that genuinely values time away from work. In fact Fridays are always casual, if the works done they don't want you working.

They work hybrid, but being in the office matters especially when you’re leading, mentoring, and setting the tone for others.
