About Us We design and deliver advanced automation and control solutions that help modern food producers operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently. The team is growing fast - doubling in size over the past three years.
This is a chance to join a small, high-performing engineering team where your work directly impacts customers and product development. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and after-sales teams to design wiring systems, improve installations, and ensure equipment runs exactly as intended in the field.

and a hands-on understanding of automation equipment and controls. This role focuses heavily on designing, analyzing, and documenting wiring diagrams for our systems while supporting installations, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
You’ll work with two other engineers and have broad contact across departments, including sales, after-sales, and field technicians.
Duties

Participate in on-site installations and provide post-installation technical support when needed
Collect customer project scope, estimate costs, and design system solutions
Review and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend new product improvements
Support regional product development and standardization of installation practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred; experienced technicians with strong wiring design skills also encouraged to apply
