What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide hands‑on technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle while mentoring engineers
Design, build, and maintain complex, scalable web applications
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high‑quality code
Architect and implement robust end‑to‑end tests and unit tests
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to develop viable technical solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS in a relevant technical field and/or 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in leading front‑end development with shared components and user experience
Strong UI development skills with advanced proficiency in Angular (16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
Experience with Cypress and NgRx for testing and front‑end state management
Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated experience implementing and leveraging Angular Module Federation/micro frontends
Experience with Backend/API development in C#, .NET, Python, or Golang
Deep knowledge of engineering best practices, including coding standards and design patterns
Familiarity with tech stack components such as AWS, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, and React
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or health IT
