Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant, meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Collaborate with corporate leadership to set restaurant goals and devise plans to achieve them.
Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and improve department performance.
Hire, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers, ensuring a strong team for future growth.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail – strong preference.
Minimum age 18 years.
