Deliver Enterprise Services that Drive Measurable Value – provide cross‑cutting services in system lifecycle management, integration, analytics operations, and IT planning. Demonstrate cost efficiency, service‑level reliability, and business unit adoption as core success measures.

Accelerate Innovation & Emerging Technology Adoption – lead pilots in AI, RPA, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and predictive analytics to transform how TFG delivers services, while balancing innovation with regulatory and security requirements.

Cultivate a High‑Performing Global Team & Culture – build and empower a global, distributed leadership structure under Systems, Software Engineering, and Data & Analytics. Foster a culture of systems thinking, agile innovation, and accountability to enterprise outcomes.
