Acts as a liaison between the IT organization and the business partner. Analyzes business issues, defines requirements, and explains complex data flows to a wide range of audiences. Responsibilities

Analyze business issues and define requirements. Explain complex data flows to various audiences. Work with API developers to ensure APIs meet functional and non-functional requirements. Create clear, concise data flow diagrams. Identify and gather business and functional requirements for complex software solutions. Serve as liaison between business partners and development teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Use Lucidchart to create process flows, screen designs, and user story maps. Required Experience

5 years experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 5 years experience collaborating closely with API developers. 3 years experience creating clear, concise, and comprehensive data flow diagrams. 3 years experience identifying and gathering business and functional requirements for complex software solutions. 5 years experience working as a liaison between business partners and development teams. 5 years experience with Lucidchart.
