The College of Graduate Nursing at Western University of Health Sciences invites applications for an accomplished leader and educator to serve as Director of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Program and Assistant Professor. In this pivotal role, you will provide academic and operational leadership for the MSN, DNP, and postgraduate PMHNP Certificate programs. The Director will oversee curriculum development, manage program resources, teach across graduate programs, engage in research and scholarship, and build partnerships that enhance program visibility and impact within the university and community. Required Qualifications
Education:
Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Licensure:
Current California RN license and PMHNP certification. Minimum of one year in higher education or nursing administration (e.g., program director, department chair). Full‑time teaching experience in Nursing. BRN‑approved to teach in a required subject area. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
