Your role on the team
Provides operational/technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and administration of HRIS systems to include Oracle HCM Cloud
Spearheading new HCM Oracle initiatives
Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and system owner for Oracle HCM and related HR technology.
Partners with internal customers to leverage HRIS Systems to meet organizational objectives
Implements change management planning and partners with HR leaders on user training for HR systems
Collaborates with HR leaders to develop dashboards, reports and trend information to inform strategy and business decisions
Oversees establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships for HRIS Systems to include Oracle HCM with vendors, contracts, system integrations, file feeds, and system security
Develops communication strategy for handling system issues affecting internal/external customers
Advises business leadership on HRIS Systems for domestic and international initiatives
Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including Cybersecurity, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, COBRA, and other applicable Labor and/or Tax laws and regulations; ensures regulatory compliances are fulfilled
Develop and deliver training and communication plans to drive user adoption and maximize ROI on HR technology investments
Monitor industry trends and innovations to continuously evolve the HRIS roadmap
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HRIS effectiveness
Focus on piloting global operations and forward‑thinking strategies, identifying issues, and expanding into LATAM
Managing WFM time scheduler and updating seniority dates
Leveraging technology for daily operations, primarily with the Paris HRIS and data team
Provides strategic direction for AI, policies, and procedures
Acting as the go‑to lead for global initiatives, working closely with Paris counterparts
Leads and develops the HRIS system team
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
8 years of implementation and integration experience required; 10+ preferred
Strong background in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation, etc.)
Experience ensuring regulatory compliance of HR Systems
Proven experience in managing large‑scale HR system implementations and integrations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive cross‑functional collaboration
Project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs on time and within scope
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Advanced Experience in Oracle HCM, UKG, WFM, and Zendesk
Bonus if you have
Knowledge of basic human resources laws and regulations including, but not limited to the Equal Pay Act, the Lilly Ledbetter Act, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, COBRA, and FLSA regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans and government regulations
Outstanding analytical and strategic planning skills
