Key Responsibilities
Develop ATE test package for wafer probe, final test production and product characterization for Infineon’s leading edge digital power management new products
Document test requirements, test concept, create test plans and develop test methods
Work with design and concept engineers to incorporate DfT features into new products to ensure quality at low cost of test
Participate in firmware development for test, embedded test and data processing, implement build‑in self‑test (BIST) features
Develop test hardware using EDA tools, using pre‑existing libraries for printed circuit board (PCB) templates and component symbols
Create test programs, convert ATPG test patterns, integrate with test equipment and hardware, debug and validate them on ATE
Document and release test package to volume production, support silicon characterization and qualification
Reduce test cost and improve the quality of existing test solutions through test method improvements and test platform transfers
Work with industrial leaders of ATE to evaluate new test platforms and innovate new test concept for optimized test throughput
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs or modules using ATE
Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
Experience designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as Cadence Allegro
Sound test‑programming skills and experience programming in C / C++, Java, Vbasic, embedded programming, LabVIEW and script languages
Working experience highly desirable in Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750, Ultra Flex, ETS systems
Knowledge in design for testability and manufacturability, BIST, test firmware and ability to articulate constructively with the design teams and product engineering teams to insure that DfT is understood by all involved and specified and validated at early stages of development
Hands‑on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, including bench test automation
Knowledge in digital and analog IC design environment, pattern generation and verification a plus
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamwork
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and academic background in physics and electronics

Salary & Benefits Andover, Ma Minimum of $147,300 salary per year / Maximum of $165,000 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
