Job Description The People Analytics Analyst supports the Firm’s People Analytics function by providing leaders and teams with timely, trustworthy, and responsible insights from our HR and People data. This position combines data analysis, visualization, and reporting to deliver meaningful insights around staffing, performance and productivity, internal mobility, retention, engagement, and skill development. The People Analytics Data Analyst develops consistent and reliable metrics for the global HR function, focusing on improving department performance and demonstrating return on infrastructure and staffing investments.
As People Analytics Analyst You Will
Review and complete HR and People data analysis requests for HR colleagues and Firm leadership
Design and implement dashboards, analyses, and presentations for HR colleagues and Firm leadership
Manage the design, implementation, and process administration for the Firm’s listening and engagement surveys
Collaborate with HR Managers to design and implement workforce modeling, headcount planning, and talent pipeline analytics for specific practice groups and business functions
Partner with HR project leads and the HR leadership team to analyze effectiveness and impact of global HR projects, programs, and policy changes
Manage the Workday Peakon module and Qualtrics survey tools, ensuring configuration and user utilization maximize system capabilities
Support the design, maintenance, and adoption of Workday Reporting and Prism functionality
Partner with HRIS and IT to ensure HR and People data is accurate, secure, and well‑governed
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least three years of progressive experience working in law firms or professional services organizations
Knowledge of People Analytics concepts, tools, and frameworks
Knowledge of HRIS systems and capabilities
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights and decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across departments and levels
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
Typical indoor office environment.
Compensation Target Hiring Range: $97,000 - $136,000. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
