We are committed to advancing sustainable agriculture through innovative nano fertilizers and crop nutrition solutions. Our team is driven by expertise, collaboration, and a shared passion for helping growers achieve better yields with cutting‑edge technology.

Role Description KAP Agro Products is seeking a strategic, hands‑on, and growth‑focused Director of Sales for California and Arizona. In this critical leadership role, you will drive adoption of our nano fertilizers and crop inputs across diverse cropping systems. You’ll own the region’s sales strategy, grow revenue, and build a scalable team aligned with our mission to advance sustainable agriculture through high‑efficiency crop nutrition.

Location Field‑Based – California and Arizona

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory‑specific sales strategy for California and Arizona. Drive new customer acquisition while deepening relationships and revenue with existing accounts. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing regional sales team. Conduct product demos, support field trials, and lead grower engagement. Manage territory budget and contribute to company‑wide sales planning. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives tailored to the territory. Represent the company at relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events that support regional sales and business growth objectives. Build and strengthen partnerships across the agriculture ecosystem — from growers and retailers to researchers and media.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field. Proven experience in agricultural sales with a strong understanding of local crops, farming practices, and grower needs. Established relationships with growers and key industry contacts within the assigned territory. Strong willingness to learn and promote new crop nutrition technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Strong time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets. Comfortable working in outdoor field environments, including extreme weather conditions, and handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours based on growers’ needs and seasonal demands. Willingness to travel by vehicle or commercial transportation for field visits, meetings, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), Pest Control Advisor (PCA), or Agronomist certification. Experience with emerging crop nutrition technologies, such as nano fertilizers. Previous experience in business development or strategic sales planning. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and other digital tools for sales tracking and reporting. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience and location), plus commission and performance‑based bonuses. Health benefits package. Reimbursement of approved sales‑related expenses, including mileage. Opportunities for career growth and development within the company. Field‑based role with minimal need to visit office locations. Requires travel within the assigned territory to engage with growers and attend industry events.

If you’re ready to help growers achieve more with less — through innovation, collaboration, and sustainability — we’d love to hear from you.
