The Miami office is well led, collaborative, and grants mid‑levels real runway. You won’t be stuck pushing paper — you’ll be negotiating, drafting, and sitting close to the action from the start.

Job Details
Targeting 3–6 years of real‑estate transactional experience
Must have hands‑on exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, or development
Experience with borrower‑side finance is a bonus
Looking for strong drafting and negotiation chops — not just support‑level work
Must be eager to work directly with partners and clients
Florida Bar preferred but not required
