Influencer Marketing Manager – Performance Focus (Adult Products) We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our brand's presence through key digital opinion leaders and content creators. The core mission of this role is to drive measurable sales performance and brand advocacy by transforming influencer partnerships into effective revenue‑generating channels. Key Responsibilities

I. Influencer Strategy & Acquisition

Talent Identification & Vetting: Strategically research, identify, and onboard high‑performing content creators, influencers, and affiliates across major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) whose audience demographics align with our target customer base in the U.S. Negotiate and Contract: Lead negotiation of partnership terms, including compensation structures (performance‑based models preferred), deliverables, and usage rights, ensuring compliance with relevant FTC guidelines. Campaign Development: Design, execute, and manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns that effectively communicate our brand value and product features, maximizing brand exposure and driving immediate conversion. II. Performance & Execution

Performance Tracking & Analysis: Establish clear KPIs and utilize analytics tools to rigorously track, measure, and report on the ROI of every influencer campaign, focusing heavily on sales conversion and revenue attribution. Content Coordination: Work directly with creators to ensure content quality, brand message accuracy, and adherence to campaign timelines. Budget Optimization: Manage the influencer marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to top‑performing partnerships and continuously optimizing spend for maximum sales impact. III. Industry & Compliance

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of evolving social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices within the adult and wellness industries. Legal Compliance: Ensure all influencer activities and content strictly comply with all U.S. legal requirements, including FTC disclosure rules and platform‑specific advertising policies. Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Management, preferably within the adult, sexual wellness, or related lifestyle e‑commerce industries. Performance Focus: Proven success in building influencer programs that directly generate measurable sales revenue and a positive ROI. Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity and operational experience with key influencer platforms and tracking tools (e.g., creator marketplaces, UTM tracking, affiliate networks). Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Negotiation and Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and clear, persuasive communication abilities (written and verbal) to build and maintain high‑value creator relationships. Market Acumen: Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer digital landscape, content consumption habits, and the sensitivities unique to marketing adult products. Language: Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory. Legal Status: Must possess a valid U.S. work permit. Work & Compensation Details
