The salary goes up to $115,000.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Controller Role: The Property Controller will manage all accounting functions Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Safeguard company assets through audits and compliance oversight Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities Oversee two reports Collaborate with resort leadership to support business decisions Preferred Qualifications for the Property Controller Role: Six or more years of accounting experience Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Experience in hospitality or resort environments is a plus #ZRCFS #INNOV2025 #LI-RB1
