Manage inbound customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Deliver comprehensive product information and support to assist clients Utilize a soft sales approach to encourage client engagement and purchase decisions Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather helpful feedback Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to further enhance customer experience Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and soft sales techniques Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal In possession of AMKA and AFM Experience in customer service or soft sales preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored advice Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment Benefits
