This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a work-from-home environment while engaging with our Dutch-speaking clients to provide exceptional service and promote our products and services.
As a Dutch Inbound Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming inquiries from potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into sales. Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to establish a strong rapport with clients, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services Convert leads into sales by providing knowledgeable and persuasive responses Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system Work closely with marketing and product teams to stay informed about products and promotions Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Analyze sales performance data and provide insights for strategy improvement Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken In possession of AMKA and AFM Experience in inbound sales or customer service is advantageous Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong persuasion skills with a focus on client satisfaction Competence in using CRM systems and sales platforms Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Benefits
