Tax Manager
to lead federal, state, and international tax compliance and planning efforts, while supporting strategic initiatives across organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare federal and state income tax provisions and proforma returns
Manage compliance and planning for federal, state, and international tax matters
Prepare complex forms including 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8992, and 8993
Support BEAT, GILTI, and Section 163(j) analyses
Oversee state apportionment, estimated payments, and extensions
Respond to audit requests and tax notices
Review depreciation calculations and prepare Forms 4562 and 4797
Prepare tax account reconciliations and support 1099 reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic tax initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of corporate tax experience (public accounting or industry)
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Experience with international tax compliance is a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
