Compensation: $57,000 - $70,000/year.

Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing guests with Southern hospitality. They drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer‑centric culture and outstanding guest and employee experiences.
Essential Duties People
Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.
Communicate effectively and timely with all guests.
Take an active role with all new team members.
Serve as a subject matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes.
Demonstrate Bojangles Cultural Principles in every interaction.
Performance
Adhere to all systems and processes to include BoFood and BoLabor.
Uphold standards and take corrective action when standards are not met.
Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service.
Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation.
Engage and foster external community relationships to include recruitment and sales growth.
Profit
Increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts.
Understand the restaurant’s P&L results.
Understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.
Participate actively in inventory management.
Demonstrate and uphold safety and security standards.
Engage in all LTO throughout the LTO life cycle; including training and POP by deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
Age 18 or older.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50‑hour work week.
Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with cash handling and bank deposits.
Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to bend, stand, kneel, and lift 25+ lbs.
