Industrial Mechanic - Charlotte, NC
About the Role: We're looking for an
Industrial Mechanic
to join a great team in Charlotte. In this role, you'll keep production lines running by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing machinery, especially
form, fill, and seal equipment . If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do
Perform routine
maintenancelubrication,
cleaning, and inspection to keep machines in top shape.
Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
systems.
Replace worn parts, make mechanical adjustments, and document your work.
Set up, install, or fine-tune equipment to improve performance and reduce downtime.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Communicate with production staff to minimize disruptions and keep operations efficient.
Occasionally work overtime or weekends to support production needs.
What You Bring
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.
Working knowledge of
electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems .
Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade experience preferred).
Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
