We are now looking for a
curious, analytical, and detail‑driven FP&A Analyst
to support our Finance Leadership Team, helping drive data‑led insights and strategic financial decision‑making across our multinational business. Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in our weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, turning complex data into valuable commercial insight. Working with large data sets extracted from SAP ERP to support weekly and monthly reporting Weekly sales performance by division and country Weekly open orders (SAP) and CRM opportunities (Salesforce) Production of divisional P&Ls during period close Consolidation of annual budget returns from each division/country Supporting Finance Leadership with data to address investor/advisor questions Working with budget holders (e.g. Marketing & IT) to analyse, monitor and optimise spend Completing ad‑hoc analysis for business or investor requests Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with data, proactive in problem‑solving, and confident communicating across the business. Comfortable working with large data sets and cre ating insightful reports Finance and accounting specialist or higher business management training Professional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar function Solid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting standards Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Working Model
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2‑3 days a week on site. About us
