The

Material Handler

is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within the warehouse or production facility. This role involves operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, transport, and organize products and materials. The Material Handler ensures accuracy in inventory management, supports production and shipping schedules, and helps maintain a clean and safe workplace. Key Responsibilities Operate

stand-up and sit-down forklifts

to move materials, products, and pallets. Load and unload

trucks, trailers, and containers

safely and efficiently. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for

production or shipment . Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments for

accuracy . Maintain proper

storage and organization

of materials to support inventory control. Perform routine

equipment inspections

and report maintenance issues. Follow all

safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA regulations . Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ( preferred ). Valid

forklift certification

and proven experience operating

both stand-up and sit-down forklifts . Ability to

lift up to 50 lbs

and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy in handling materials. Good

communication

and

teamwork

skills. Shifts & Pay 1st Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM -

$

18.50/hour 2nd Shift:

2:30 PM - 11:00 PM -

$

20.75/hour Pay Details:

$18.50 to $20.75 per hour
