About the role As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will act as the voice of the customer to ensure our teams continue to deliver best‑in‑breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You will work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self‑motivated, proactive, and out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
What you will be doing
Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
Identify strategies and improvement opportunities while reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
Help select hardware, software and vendors.
Conduct tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
Work with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities.
What you will need
Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end‑to‑end implementation and delivery processes.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience – a master’s degree is desirable.
Knowledge of end‑to‑end systems development life cycles (waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches).
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition using model‑driven design tools and techniques (conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.).
A willingness to share relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources.
Added bonus if you have
Experience with automation and orchestration technologies.
Advanced Excel experience.
Project management experience.
Process and journey mapping skills.
