About The Role
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best‑in‑breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self‑motivated, proactive, and out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
What You Will Be Doing
Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems
Identify strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also re‑engineering processes for greater efficiency
Help select hardware, software and vendors
Conduct tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct
Work with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities
What You Will Need
Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end‑to‑end implementation and delivery processes
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable
Knowledge of end‑to‑end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model‑driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc
Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience with automation and orchestration technologies
Advanced Excel experience
Project management experience
Process and journey mapping skills
