System Administrator
with proven MSP experience who enjoys taking ownership of escalated issues while contributing to infrastructure and cloud projects.
This role is ideal for a Tier 2.5 engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, values client relationships, and wants to stay hands‑on with modern Microsoft and network technologies. You’ll spend roughly 70% of your time handling advanced escalations and 30% contributing to project delivery alongside senior engineers.
What You’ll Do
Resolve escalated service tickets involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and cloud infrastructure projects
Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Intune
Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving firewalls, VPNs, and switches
Collaborate with senior engineers to plan and implement technical improvements
Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure positive experiences and long‑term satisfaction
What You Bring
2+ years of experience working for a MSP
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Windows Server (2016–2022)
Hands‑on experience with virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware) and network devices (SonicWall, Fortinet, or Meraki)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Relevant certifications (AZ‑104, Network+, MCSA, or similar) preferred
