What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time.
Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure excellence in execution and service.
Foster a respectful, team‑first culture built on accountability, coaching, and collaboration.
Support the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager with day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency each shift.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a busy scratch kitchen environment.
A hands‑on leader with a coach mentality who leads by example.
Strong communicator with a focus on team development and accountability.
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to building a positive kitchen culture.
High standards and a drive for continuous improvement.
