We offer merchants an end‑to‑end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross‑border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross‑border trade.

Job Description Summary This role is a sophisticated thought partner who uses specialized expertise to identify issues and recommend best practices. This manager leads functional projects and programs, contributing to business or process improvements within the function.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements.

Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze business trends and implement solutions.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the sales function.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Expected Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits U.S. national annual pay range:

$135,000 to $224,400 . Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit https://www.paypalbenefits.com.
