Job Description Summary This job is a sophisticated thought partner who uses specialized expertise to identify issues and recommend best practices. This role leads functional projects and programs, contributing to business or process improvements within the function.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead functional projects and programs that drive business or process improvements.

Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze business trends and implement solutions.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the sales function.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Expected Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$135,000

to

$224,400 . Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, relevant skills, and experience. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit
