Pay Rate $16.00/hr

Responsibilities
Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed
Resolve front collections accounts
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians' offices, and internal teams
Answer calls, manage emails, and handle faxes efficiently
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and report concerns to the Revenue Cycle Manager
Read and understand medical documentation
Perform other clerical tasks and assist with assigned projects
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in DME or Medical Office preferred
At least one year of insurance verification or authorization experience required
