Associate, Real Estate Finance
Page Executive is hiring a mid- to senior-level associate to support its real estate finance practice in New York. The role focuses on representing lenders in complex debt financing deals secured by commercial real estate.
Base pay range $260,000.00/yr - $420,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate finance transactions.
Advise clients on legal issues concerning commercial real estate projects.
Manage and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan agreements.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for real estate acquisitions and financing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate finance matters.
Stay informed of industry trends and legal developments in real estate finance.
Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
Strong knowledge of real estate finance laws and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
