Base Pay Range $350,000.00/yr - $2,500,000.00/yr

Locations Major U.S. markets + hybrid/remote flexibility

to support sophisticated transactional and finance matters. These roles span commercial real estate, development, private equity real estate, and institutional lending.

Real Estate Finance & Investment – CMBS, REITs, debt funds, and private equity

Bridge, Mezzanine, and Syndicated Lending Structures

Commercial Leasing – Office, Retail, Industrial, and Mixed-Use

Restructurings, Recapitalizations, and Distressed Asset Workouts

Land Use, Zoning, and Title/Due Diligence Review

Responsibilities (Depending on Level)

Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and loan documents

Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings

Represent borrowers, lenders, developers, and investors

Conduct diligence, title/survey review, and zoning analysis

Lead or support deal closings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school + active U.S. bar membership

3–8+ years of experience in real estate transactions, finance, or leasing for Associate, Counsel | 8+ Years for Partner

Experience working with institutional lenders, developers, or private equity firms

Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and deal execution skills

Partners - Portable book of business required
