Location: Tosa 3 full days/week and 1/2 day at the Franklin clinic

Position Highlights
ED/Urgent Care/Ortho and/or Family medicine experience preferred (2 plus years desired)
DOT Examiner Certification required (will train)
Suturing required and experience with minor eye injuries a plus
Interest in working with employers, touring companies and learning industrial medicine
8am-4:30 pm M-F; No weekends; No holidays
Greater Milwaukee area, will work at more than one location regularly
Must be comfortable practicing independently
Responsibilities
Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
Counsels and educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Drug Enforcement Administration credential preferred.
Education
Master's degree of Nursing required.
