A well-reputed legal firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal who thrives in fast-moving commercial disputes and wants to be embedded in a highly collaborative, respected legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys, including the Litigation Practice Group Leader, by handling meaningful civil litigation work across state and federal courts. You will take ownership of filings, case organization, trial prep and client coordination while working in a culture built on respect, humor and shared accountability. They are looking for a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, speaks up and makes attorneys’ jobs easier, not someone who waits for direction.
Base pay range $80,000 - $95,000/yr

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities
Support attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution
Prepare, review and file pleadings, motions and discovery in state and federal courts
Maintain and organize case files, docket deadlines and calendars using CourtAlert
Assist with trial preparation, hearing binders, witness coordination and deposition support
Conduct research on court rules, judge requirements and procedural strategy
Communicate effectively with court clerks, clients, experts and opposing counsel
Manage e-filing and ensure timely and accurate submission of materials
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively support attorney needs
Provide occasional executive‑assistant style support
