White Elephant Aspen — a luxury, boutique 34-key hotel — will be home to this newest LoLa 41 location, delivering elevated dining and refined service to both restaurant guests and in-room diners.
About The Role The Room Service Attendant provides an exceptional hospitality experience for hotel guests through attentive, timely, and polished in-room dining service. You will be responsible for order delivery, tray setup, item accuracy, and creating a warm guest interaction within a private setting. This role ensures the elevated LoLa 41 experience extends seamlessly beyond the dining room.
What You’ll Do
Deliver room service orders promptly, accurately, and with a polished presentation
Provide a warm, hospitable experience with every guest interaction
Set up and clear in-room dining with efficiency and care
Communicate clearly with the kitchen
Maintain high standards of professionalism, service pace, and guest privacy
Ensure equipment, trays, and hallways remain clean and organized
Uphold all food safety and health protocols
Requirements
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays — required
Able to stand and move for 6–10 hour shifts and carry trays safely
Highly reliable, polished, and detail-oriented
Previous Hotel Or Hospitality Experience Preferred
Use of TrayAway is a plus!
Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Aspen, CO
