This is a remote position with an ideal base location in Pensacola, FL, supporting markets from Pensacola to Panama City in the Florida Panhandle. What The Role Is

The On‑Premise Channel Manager will execute company on‑premise strategic initiatives throughout North Florida, advancing Heaven Hill’s on‑premise presence and supporting the District Manager with statewide growth strategies. The incumbent will operate at the field level in on‑premise accounts, evaluating, implementing, and executing programs aligned with brand strategies, and will lead, train, and manage local distributor sales teams. Manage and engage distributor Area Managers and Sales Consultants daily to meet distribution objectives, brand policies, and promotional standards. Train distributor sales teams, observe competitive market activity, and evaluate distributor execution against our initiatives. Support the District Manager in executing statewide initiatives and contribute to the overall Florida on‑premise strategy. Act as the North Florida On‑Premise Consultant, providing strategic support and guidance to the North Florida Market Manager. Engage key on‑premise accounts within the assigned territory to foster strong partnerships and drive business growth. Present and leverage our brands for increased volume and assist distributors in attaining goals and objectives. Be visible at distributor offices, meeting with sales representatives and management to ensure share of mind. Identify and align with local events and sponsorship opportunities that fit brand strategy, ensuring excellence in execution for national and regional initiatives. Act as primary contact for distributor sales teams to ensure they are informed of local and national objectives and programs. Execute engaging product training sessions and brand seminars with on‑premise accounts and distributor sales teams. Use POS tools and marketing/point‑of‑sale materials to support brand presence in bars and restaurants. Assist accounts with menu and cocktail development to feature Heaven Hill brands, supporting overall beverage program success. Provide National Account Mandate compliance updates as required. Stay informed of customer and consumer trends. Maintain a calendar of activities and promotions; coordinate effective communications with distributor and third‑party agencies. Submit monthly activity reports summarizing accomplishments, market insights, competitive updates, and program execution to the District Manager. Provide market and competitive brand updates to the District Manager, including timely communication of changing field conditions, volume impacts, and staffing changes at distributors and competitors. Review and track execution progress with distributor Area Managers. Evaluate and provide feedback on program effectiveness, including POS, activation materials, and promotional ROI. Lead special projects such as verifying pricing and/or distribution at on‑premise accounts. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, bar, or restaurant) and beverage alcohol sales at the supplier or distributor level. Strong understanding of the three‑tier system and distributor/supplier dynamics. Highly competent in consultative selling techniques to influence and guide on‑premise partners. Proven ability to build relationships with key on‑premise accounts, distributor teams, and trade influencers. Ability to tailor presentations/proposals to audience business needs. Analytical skills for gathering data from diverse sources and presenting it to varied audiences. Knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Good managerial and effective presentation skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to work evenings and occasional weekends as required. Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience

Emphasis in Management and/or Marketing. Advanced computer proficiency. Physical Requirements
