Position Summary Our merchandising & stocking associates keep things neat and organized, ensuring members can find everything on their shopping list. They work on their feet, unload trucks, satisfy club pick‑up orders, stock shelves, and assist members while keeping the store clean, safe, and visually appealing. The role is fast‑paced, physically demanding, and requires adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Unload trucks promptly and efficiently.
Assist fellow associates throughout the store as needed.
Sort, stock, and arrange products on shelves and in the backroom.
Engage with vendors and drivers to maintain smooth operations.
Keep the store clean, neat, and ready for members.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, including forklift spotting and hazardous‑materials handling.
Monitor product quality, rotation, and coding, and maintain display standards.
Fill club pick‑up orders and stage products according to company policy.
Participate in continuous improvement, adapt to changes, and communicate progress with management.

Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Full‑time associates may receive additional compensation from premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
