Through innovative campaigns, engaging storytelling, and strategic partnerships, our team helps artists thrive in the fast-evolving digital music landscape.

Why this could be your next big break: As a

Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Artist Development , you’ll play a key role in our digital storytelling efforts, supporting the development and execution of campaigns that drive fan engagement and artist growth. Working closely with artists, managers, and internal teams, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life across social media and digital platforms—ensuring each artist’s unique voice connects with audiences worldwide.

Here you’ll get to:

Support the Marketing Director with executing innovative digital marketing campaigns and completing detailed administrative tasks for the artist roster.

Provide overall marketing support by attending and taking notes in artist meetings and maintaining artist marketing plans.

Manage day-to-day digital content syndication with a primary focus on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).

Execute assets needed for digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences across the web and social media.

Attend music video shoots, content captures, and events to assist with on-site digital support.

Create, schedule, and send e‑mail newsletters on behalf of the artist roster.

Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and creative assets.

Coordinate creative assets with internal and external teams, supporting fan engagement strategies across artist social media accounts, websites, and promotional landing pages.

Actively contribute to artist development strategy by cultivating ideas, supporting marketing projects, and pitching creative and efficient solutions.

Work closely with internal label teams, artists, and management throughout each project life cycle to communicate new products, technologies, and digital opportunities.

Coordinate, produce, and execute marketing events, artist shows, award shows, and fan‑facing activations.

Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics, helping summarize social engagement, fan growth, and marketing effectiveness to inform future strategy.

Periodic nights and weekends are required for industry events, performances, and content shoots.

Who you are:

A self‑starter with demonstrated experience and understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital platforms.

A detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

An initiator with a drive for accuracy, time management, and task prioritization.

A creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments and embraces new digital trends.

Excellent in oral and written communication, including clear and professional email communication.

Music‑obsessed with a curiosity to learn and grow in the country and broader music industry.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in editing short‑form video content for social media platforms, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories.

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Creator Studio, TikTok Studio).

Experience in content scheduling, analytics reporting, and digital asset management.
