What You Need To Succeed In This Role
1‑2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Hands‑on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non‑technical teams across Europe
Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth
Strong headhunting mindset – you know where to find the best people and how to win them over
Excellent relationship‑builder who collaborates across functions with ease
Fast, adaptable, and feedback‑driven – you thrive in a scale‑up environment
Passionate about creating a world‑class candidate experience – because you truly love what you do
Good command of English and fluent Russian
