Our client is a private equity firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level and comprehensive support to the Managing Partner
Handle calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, etc.
Assist with internal/external event planning and meeting preparation
Coordinate client due diligence, investment annual, and weekly staff meetings
Support management company accounting by allocating expenses in Concur
Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security
Work with Managing Partner and other stakeholders, clients, and business partners
Help with personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and brainstorm solutions
Liaise with external IT support teams to troubleshoot issues for software systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of administrative experience
Strong calendar and time management skills
Organized with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Skilled in MS Office Suite
