Finance Manager
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction within our finance and insurance operations. Position Overview
The
Finance Manager
is responsible for managing the financial and insurance process for automotive sales. This includes securing financing for customers, selling aftermarket products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing dealership profitability through effective sales and lender relationships. Key Responsibilities
Secure financing and leasing options for customers through established lender relationships.
Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, protection packages, and service contracts.
Ensure all deals are accurately processed, funded, and compliant with state and federal regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that are both profitable and customer-focused.
Maintain excellent relationships with financial institutions and continuously explore new lender opportunities.
Monitor and analyze department performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Train and support sales staff on finance processes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of automotive F&I processes, compliance, and lender requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
