We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Finance Manager
to join our leadership team at
Suntrup Buick GMC . The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with strong product knowledge, ethical business practices, and a passion for helping customers secure the best financing and protection options for their vehicle purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Present financing and aftermarket products to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
Secure financing through a wide network of lenders while ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws and dealership policies.
Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and lender relationships.
Review and finalize all paperwork accurately and efficiently for vehicle deliveries.
Maintain excellent relationships with lending institutions and continuously seek to expand lender portfolio.
Ensure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
Train and support the sales team on finance processes, product knowledge, and best practices.
Monitor and manage finance penetration, PVR, product sales mix, and approval ratios.
Work closely with sales management to streamline the sales-to-delivery process and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay current with market trends, lender programs, and industry best practices to maximize profitability and CSI.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of automotive finance experience required.
Proven track record of high PVR performance and product penetration.
In-depth knowledge of F&I products, lender programs, and compliance standards (Red Flags, OFAC, Fair Credit, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient with CDK, Dealertrack, or comparable DMS systems.
Prior sales management or desk experience is a plus.
