Under the direction of the President, create and maintain a book of business by soliciting, developing, marketing, and selling new and renewal business in accordance with applicable state insurance regulations for all commercial insurance product lines. Work closely with the Account Executives, Account Managers, and Client Service Specialists to handle your clients' needs.

Must have experience in a revenue-generating role selling all lines of commercial insurance coverage within the retail insurance brokerage industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop a network of prospects through methods such as cold calling, referrals, industry and special interest groups, and actively prospecting new business opportunities. Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients in collaboration with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Claims Consultants. Work closely with service teams to review carrier proposals, analyze market summaries, and prepare renewal documents, ensuring timeframes and deliverables are met. Maintain existing client relationships and manage your book of business. Stay informed of industry trends, including carrier appetites and relationships, and manage client expectations accordingly. Conduct risk management audits with the client team and ensure sales process deadlines and deliverables are met. Transition new accounts seamlessly to the client team. Achieve annual sales goals at or above agency standards. Certificates/Licenses/Education: Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
