Summary
: The R&D Requirements Analyst will support the Operations Manager and Lab Systems Manager in all aspects of lab organization and operation. You will be responsible to ensure all aspects of the R&D lab are in compliance with applicable standards as it pertains to documentation, retention, training, calibration, and maintenance. As part of our advancement to becoming a certified lab, you will be responsible for the origination and ongoing maintenance of those requirements. Responsibilities: Responsible for the documentation side of earning and maintaining our Satellite laboratory status with Intertek. Formulation of our management and quality systems. Discretion to modify and enhance documentation and procedures. Implementing the management/quality systems along with SOP’s and LOP’s to organize lab operation; streamline and enhance employee onboarding. Responsible for handling audits from inside/outside entities and resolving failures. Maintain laboratory tool inventory database, calibration documentation, and PM’s Manage communications and filing for PO’s with receiving and R&D parties. Assist with the general operational needs of the department. Qualifications/Skills
:
Strong communication skills and ability to conduct and document meetings. Ability to work alongside technicians and engineers and gather requirements for procedures and protocols. 2yrs experience with document creation and control, ISO formatting experience. (Preferred) High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Strong decision making, organizational and analytical problem-solving skills Safety/Physical requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours Good visual and spatial perception. Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc. Other Duties
