What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the execution of email campaigns using Pardot and other marketing automation platforms - Create, test, and implement marketing emails, landing pages/forms, and dynamic content - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging content and ensure consistent brand messaging - Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Maintain compliance with privacy laws and manage database cleanliness and segmentation
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation implementation, integration, and campaign management - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience - Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Pardot or Eloqua and CRM systems like Salesforce - Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Strong proficiency with Pardot and Salesforce - Experience in B2B digital marketing and website analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics - Familiarity with CMS, preferably WordPress - Experience with Zapier and project management in house or agency management
