Remote Bilingual Customer Experience Specialists

Shift Availability: Candidates must be available to work during at least one of the following shifts. Specific shift assignments are not guaranteed and will be based on business needs. Shifts follow a three-week rotation: two Saturdays off and one Saturday on, with Sundays off. 10am - 7pm

10:30am - 7:30pm

11am - 8pm

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will: Handle an average of 100 inbound customer calls daily Schedule over 50 service appointments each day for mechanical maintenance and repair needs Provide information regarding vehicle status, service pricing, warranties, roadside assistance, and resolve complaints Direct non-service-related inquiries to appropriate dealership personnel Utilize various computer programs to access dealership information and customer profiles Support multiple automotive dealerships and collision centers across the U.S. Gain insights into the retail automotive industry at an enterprise level Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: Residence within the greater Houston metropolitan area At least 6 months of recent customer service experience High-speed Internetconnection (minimum 30 Mbps upload/download) A quiet home office setup conducive to remote call center work Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, VPNs, internet modems & routers, and phone systems Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver quality results consistently A documented record of perfect attendance and punctuality A strong work ethic with urgency for first-call resolution Proficiency in Google, YouTube, and other web search tools Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish-English) required
