What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Handle an average of 100 inbound customer calls daily - Schedule over 50 service appointments each day for mechanical maintenance and repair needs - Provide information regarding vehicle status, service pricing, warranties, and roadside assistance, while resolving complaints - Direct non-service-related inquiries to appropriate dealership personnel - Utilize various computer programs to access dealership information and customer profiles
What is Required (Qualifications): - Residence within the greater Houston metropolitan area - At least 6 months of recent customer service experience - High-speed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps upload/download) - A quiet home office setup conducive to remote call center work - Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bilingual (Spanish-English) required, with comfort in handling automotive-related inquiries in both languages - Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle components
