Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats? We're looking for an Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, and can manage a variety of responsibilities across payroll, HR, and accounts payable.
Tasks / Responsibilities - Office Manager Manage payroll and HR functions with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance. Handle accounts payable (fewer than 100 invoices weekly) and ensure timely processing. Oversee office operations and provide administrative support across departments. Collaborate with leadership and teams, asking the right questions to keep processes efficient. Work with Sage 300 (experience is a plus; company may transition to Acumatica).
Qualifications - Office Manager Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a small-company setting. Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and HR functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems. A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging in to learn. Comfortable in a role that touches many aspects of the business.
