Position Summary The Data Quality Analyst will serve as a critical link between operational teams, IT, product management, and the Data & Analytics group. This role is responsible for the full data integrity lifecycle, including monitoring data pipelines across Fiona (data lake), Databricks, Alteryx outputs, and ensuring accuracy in Power BI reporting and dashboards. The analyst will be required to have extensive advanced analytical skills, root cause analysis, understanding of technology stacks and data modeling.
Working closely with the Data Quality Manager, this analyst will assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to execute end-to-end testing before Fiona table or Power BI dashboard launches. The analyst will also be embedded within product management squads to support UAT, perform data profiling, and implement SQL-based alerting to proactively detect and resolve data quality issues. The Data Quality analyst will also support various commercial & supply chain teams with internal audits and Azure AD groups for role level security enablement.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, advanced analytical skills, and the ability independently quickly identify and resolve data issues. This role is critical role pass all quality testing, asset certification and alerting setups prior to data models going live to the organization.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Create and implement data pipeline monitoring within a data quality tool by leveraging SQL code to enable data quality processes across all Commercial and Supply Chain datasets
Enable end-to-end user testing environment across functional commercial & supply chain teams to ensure data quality/integrity prior to data lake table or Power BI reporting go live
Partner with Product Management to own, create and execute business unit and use cases for testing master tables to call out potential issues with the data model or the source system
Accountable for conducting data quality checks on critical KPIs and remediating data in partnership with the business
Independently identify and solve gaps within the Commercial & Supply Chain Domain within Data lake and Purview by doing monthly audits to ensure integrity (e.g., missing business terms)
Leverage data profiling tooling or any other tool implemented to support data quality by setting up SQL codes by table to identify data issues within source systems and Data lake tables. Based on results, the analyst would open the appropriate ticket to resolve or submit small business enhancement to correct the source system
Primary contact for submitting incident data issues for Commercial and Supply Chain (leveraging Service-now) and tooling issues (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks) along with owning and testing the resolutions
Establish Root Cause Analysis for data integrity issues, create proposals on how to fix the issues to strategically tackle consistent data pipeline issues partnering with IT. The role would be responsible for owning the solution through completion
Provide support to the data quality manager to drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and IT during the data quality issue lifecycle
Deep dive data issues for third party data (Circana) leveraging various tools such as Databricks (SQL, Python, PySpark), ADF, and/or Alteryx to provide insights on the issue along with proposing a solution
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or other quantitatively oriented major or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Bachelor's in business; MBA or MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar discipline preferred or Relevant skills at expert level of competency
3-5 years experience
Analytics and/or product management experience in commercial and/or supply chain operations including sourcing, assortment, vendor management, product management, and pricing
Significant experience with analytics, statistics and structured problem solving
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation formation using internal database resources, internal and external business partners, and Microsoft Office suite
Proven analytical proficiency and ability to leverage data to positively impact the business and solve complex business problems
Highly collaborative with proven experience partnering, influencing and negotiating
Ability to develop a structured approach to complex questions and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run test analyses. Knowledge of SQL & Python
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
