GIS Analyst – ArcGIS & ArcFM Support

Job Description
Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd, or Tier 3 Level) to the client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
Support client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
Monitor system performance and perform tuning of the systems.
Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
Coordinate with other teams such as server support, security, DBA, etc.
Provide status of tickets to the client SME and trouble‑shoot user issues.
Required Skills / Experience
5–10 years of experience administering, supporting, and developing ArcGIS applications.
5–10 years of experience administrating and supporting ArcFM applications.
Proficiency in Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and .NET (C#) development.
Experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS server sites.
System monitoring and performance tuning expertise.
Ability to publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
Strong coordination with cross‑functional teams (server support, security, DBA, etc.).
Effective communication of ticket status to client SMEs.
Problem‑resolution skills for end‑user issues within enterprise applications.
Additional Skills
Utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions.
Experience with Windows Server.
FME Suite experience for GIS Landbase activities.
Technical Skills – Must Have
Account administration & troubleshooting.
Administration and testing of Enterprise GIS and Database projects.
Application administration and support.
ArcFM, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Developer, ArcGIS Map, ArcGIS Server, Portal.
Maintaining GIS software including ArcGIS and ArcSDE.
Nice to Have
Experience with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support.
Second‑level customer support skills.
Independent work and strong communication.
Solutions architect experience.
Electric, energy, or gas utilities background.
Senior Level Mid‑Senior level
