Staff Water Resource Engineer – GHD
GHD is seeking a Staff Water Resource Engineer to work in California. The role focuses on water resources, hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, flood management, GIS, design, specifications, and cost estimating.
Responsibilities
Contract management: coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within contract plans.
Process improvement: identify and implement changes in existing processes.
Engineering standards: support drafting of engineering standards and specifications.
Knowledge management: provide support and advice for knowledge management systems.
Client/customer relationships: collaborate with senior colleagues on client management.
Data collection and analysis: collate and analyze data using preset tools and methods.
Personal capability building: develop capabilities through assessment, development planning, training and coaching; maintain professional accreditation.
Technical developments: research and recommend technical developments to improve quality.
Product and solution development: define and deliver products and services to meet customer needs.
Technical troubleshooting: support technical troubleshooting efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, Water Resources.
Salary Range $72,000 – $120,000 per year based on experience.
