What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
Build long-term relationships with host accounts and ensure gold-standard account management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3-6 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions to solve problems efficiently
Energetic, personable, and goal-oriented demeanor
